At Meadow & Ember, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Because candles and fragrance products are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns on used products.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made with the order.

Products must be returned in their original condition.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@meadowandember.com.
