During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier.

We proudly offer free local delivery throughout the Fargo–Moorhead area, including:

Most local deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days after your order has been prepared.

If needed, we'll contact you to coordinate delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because Meadow & Ember candles are crafted with premium natural waxes, they may soften if exposed to excessive heat during transit.

During periods of extreme weather, we may temporarily delay shipments to help ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.

While we strive to ship every order promptly, Meadow & Ember is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Meadow & Ember is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@meadowandember.com.
