Refund policy
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused and unburned products within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unused
- Unburned
- In resalable condition
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
We'll make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Because of the nature of handcrafted fragrance products:
We cannot accept returns on:
- Burned candles
- Used fragrance wax
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned products are inspected.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
